Buyer Protection

You can get a full refund of the item price, postage and Buyer Protection fee if, based on the evidence:

• the seller doesn't post your item within 5 days of payment;
• your item never arrives;
• it is significantly not as described: for example the wrong item, a different size or colour, undisclosed damage or stains, or missing pieces that were listed (such as the dupatta or blouse piece);
• it is damaged in the post;
• we find it is counterfeit.

• Changing your mind, or the item not fitting when the listed size and measurements were accurate.
• Small differences in colour caused by screens or lighting, or wear that was shown or described in the listing.
• Anything paid for outside Retaged checkout (bank transfer, PayPal, cash) or arranged off the site.
• Problems reported more than 2 days after delivery, or after you've confirmed everything is OK.
• Claims where the evidence we ask for (such as photos, or returning the item) isn't provided.
• Claims we reasonably believe are false or misuse Buyer Protection. We may limit Buyer Protection for accounts that make repeated unfounded claims.

• Go to Orders, open the order and choose "There's a problem" (or "Report: not posted").
• Do this within 2 days of delivery. The seller's payment is put on hold straight away.
• Describe what's wrong. Take clear photos and keep all packaging: our team may ask you to email them. Message the seller through Retaged if it helps.
• Our team reviews the evidence from both sides, usually within a few working days. We may ask you to return the item first; if it wasn't as described, we'll tell you how and you won't pay for the return postage.
• If your claim is approved, we refund you to your original payment method. Our decision is final as far as money held by Retaged is concerned.

Buyer Protection is an extra layer of protection from Retaged. It does not affect any legal rights you have against the seller.
