Retaged works because buyers and sellers trust each other. These guidelines, together with our Terms, apply to everyone using the site.
Be honest
- Describe items accurately, including size, measurements, condition and any faults.
- Use your own photos of the actual item.
- Only sell items you own and have with you.
- Leave reviews that reflect what really happened.
Be kind
- Be polite in messages, even when you disagree.
- No harassment, threats, hate speech or discrimination of any kind.
- No spam, and no messages that have nothing to do with buying or selling.
Keep it on Retaged
- Always pay and get paid through Retaged checkout.
- Don't share phone numbers, bank details or social media links to arrange a sale elsewhere.
- Only use one account.
Use the site fairly
- Don't copy, scrape or misuse other members' listings or photos.
- Don't list prohibited or counterfeit items.
- Don't try to get around fees, reviews or security features.
If someone breaks these guidelines
Use "Report member" on their profile or "Report this listing" on the item. We may remove content, give a warning, hold payouts, or suspend or close accounts. Our team may review messages when something is reported.
