How Retaged works

Retaged is a UK marketplace where people buy and sell pre-loved desi and western fashion, with every order protected.
Buying
- Find something you love: browse sarees, lehengas, kurtas, abayas and western wear, or search for exactly what you want.
- Ask before you buy: tap "Message seller" to ask about fabric, fit or measurements.
- Pay safely: pay by card at checkout. You'll see the item price, postage and Buyer Protection fee before you pay.
- Receive it tracked: the seller posts it with Evri or DPD, and you can follow it in Orders.
- Confirm it's all good: tap "Everything is OK" and the seller is paid. If something's wrong, report it within 2 days of delivery.
Selling
- Set up once: confirm your email and set up payouts with Stripe.
- Photograph and list: add clear photos, the size, condition and your price. Listing is free.
- Post it: when it sells, download the prepaid label from the order, pack it and drop it off within 5 days.
- Get paid: when the buyer confirms, or 2 days after delivery, the money goes to your bank. Selling is free.
